Shaun was born and raised on Vancouver Island, Canada. He came to the United States on a hockey scholarship where he played four years in the Ivy League at Dartmouth College. While at Dartmouth, he graduated with high honors and a double major in Psychology and Sociology. He then played eight years in the minor leagues serving as the captain of the New Mexico Scorpions before his career culminated with an opportunity to play for the Calder Cup with the American League’s Wilkes-Barre Scranton Penguins. A chance meeting with a fan then afforded him an opportunity to work in NASCAR as a Jackman on a pit crew for the next 12 years where he was a part of the Red Bull Racing Crew that won the 2008 World Pit Crew Championships. In 2013 he was approached to coach the Chip Ganassi Pit Crew Department. The Ganassi Pit Crew Department was the first Pit Crew to ever receive the Comcast Community Champions Award for their dedication to help those in need. He currently resides in Davidson, NC with his wife Jane. He is an avid reader and feels most alive when he is hiking in the mountains. He truly believes that there is more knowledge and wisdom in Rudyard Kipling’s poem “If” than most 4 year degree programs.

As a NASCAR pit crew coach we have to assemble and train 5 people to change four tires and add two cans of fuel in a race car in 12 seconds.

Speed in business comes from creating high functioning teams which are the careful result of intentional culture that inspires human brilliance.

Natalie Blue is a country music maven from the high desert of Southern California. She first discovered her love for singing at the age of 8, enthusiastically belting out tunes that made her feel alive. Little did she know that this childhood passion would ignite a fire to rival that hot desert sun.

As she grew older, her love for country music deepened. It became more than just songs on the radio; it became a way to express her experiences and emotions. From heartbreak to hope, every lyric she writes is infused with the essence of her own journey. But what truly sets her apart is her faith in Jesus Christ.

As a proud Christian, she believes music is not just about entertaining others; it’s about touching souls and spreading love through every note and word. Whether it’s an uplifting anthem or a heartfelt ballad, her songs carry messages of hope and redemption.

Having performed for over 22 years, Natalie strives to create an experience with each guitar strum and every word she breathes, transporting you to another place – where troubles fade away, and dreams come alive.

It doesn’t matter if she’s on stage or pouring her heart out in the recording studio; connecting with the audience fuels her.
