Welcome to the Denny’s Franchisee Association (DFA) web site. The DFA represents the interests of franchise restaurant owners and operators within the Denny’s Brand. Our objectives are to:

  • Communicate with a united voice between Association members, Denny’s management and Brand vendors for the purpose of enhancing the positive sales growth and profitability of Association members’ restaurants.
  • Promote communication among Association members for the purpose of gathering information and concerns from individual franchisees and the disseminating of profitable business practices.
  • Negotiate prices and programs with third party vendors for the benefit of Association members.


On behalf of the Denny’s Franchisee Association Board of Directors, thank you for visiting our website.  The Denny’s Franchisee Association (DFA) is the representative body of the Denny’s Franchisee Community. The DFA Board works throughout the year to engage with Denny’s Leadership to provide input on behalf of our member Franchisees and in support of the Denny’s Brand.  They actively participate on Brand committees working in critical areas such as Marketing, Development, Operations, Technology and Supply Chain Oversight.

DFA membership represents 80% of all Denny’s Franchisees and over 115 Allied Partner vendors who provide goods and services to the Denny’s Brand.
