Any changes to your hotel reservations should be made directly through the hotel. Upon completion of your Convention & Trade Show registration and Hotel reservation, you will receive your reservation confirmation by e-mail.
Please be aware that after Friday, August 13th – room availability and DFA discounted rates are not guaranteed.
Please refer to your hotel reservation and confirmation for deposit and cancellation policies.
Please note that if you do not stay at the host hotel you will be charged a fee of $1,000. The DFA does commit to a room block for each event and if the room block is not met the DFA has to cover the commitment.
