FRANCHISEE ATTENDEES ONLY SECTION
THIS SECTION IS FOR FRANCHISEE CATEGORY ONLY. You receive two attendees per paid unit at $200 per person. Additional attendees are $1,000 per person. 2022 DFA Membership (all entities and all units) must be current to attend. Registration fee through July 31st: $200 per person (two attendees per paid unit) Registration fee August 1st through September 5th: $300 per person Registration fee after September 5th: $500 per person In order to attend the Convention and Trade Show your 2022 DFA Franchisee Membership dues must be current. Membership is $200 per unit (15-unit cap), after May 30th Membership is $400 per unit (15-unit cap).

Member Roster Listing - NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
The Denny's Franchisee Association Directory and Membership Rosters are the protected property of the Denny's Franchisee Association ("DFA") that contain unique CONFIDENTIAL PROPRIETARY INFORMATION ("Information"). At all times, title to the Information is exclusively vested in the DFA.

The disclosure of this Information is made solely in connection with the current or contemplated business relationship between the franchisees and the allied partners members of the DFA. Disclosure for any other reason would cause irreparable harm to the DFA and this Nondisclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is intended to protect the Information from the same.

The receiving party shall use the disclosed Information only to further its current or contemplated business relationship with DFA franchisees. The receiving party shall disclose the Information only to its employees and agents having an actual "need to know" the Information in order to further its current or contemplated business relationship with DFA franchisees. The receiving party shall not reproduce, or cause to be reproduced, in any manner, any of the Information, nor shall it transmit, or cause to be transmitted, in any manner, any of the Information, without the express written consent of the DFA.

In case of inadvertent use or disclosure by the receiving party, the receiving party will immediately notify the DFA and will prevent any further unauthorized use or disclosure. Neither inadvertent use, nor disclosure, by the receiving party shall relieve the receiving party from liability for damages or from continued compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

This Agreement is valid for one year. The year extends from January 1 through December 31 of the year in which the Agreement is executed. Unless this Agreement is renewed, all rights and privileges cease on expiration and all disclosed Information must be returned to the DFA Management office. This Agreement also ends upon the termination of membership. In all cases of expiration or temination, the signatory's duty to hold in confidence all Information disclosed during the term of the Agreement will remain in effect indefinitely.

By affixing a signature below, the signatory represents and warrants that he/she is an agent or representative of the signatory company ("Company") and that he/she is authorized to enter this Agreement and to bind the Company.
